Green Street across from Rancho Grande, this is Clean Laundry's first built-to-suit location. We have brand-new machines (34 washers and 34 dryers) and our advanced water systems provide you with soft water, which means softer, cleaner clothes and less detergent needed. Was there around 9am on Sunday the girl on duty wasn't doing anything...more interested in talking then cleaning out machines and lint traps would have made huge difference in my dry time if this was done. I also always buy the laundromat coins and I asked if she could break down the $1 for the laundromat quarters and she told me I was only allowed to use $1 = 4 quarters. Really? Its still their money. Just goes back to my 1st statement to lazy to do her job.BUT FEW OTHER TIMES I HAVE BEEN THERE WERE GREAT 👍

It is indeed very clean, the one lady was constantly cleaning the laundry facility it shows that they take pride in their business, I would definitely come back to wash my clothes

Very clean. Friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. The water is soft water so use less soap. Dryers work very well so you don't need a 2nd cycle to dry your clothes like some of the other laundromats in Ottumwa. Definitely the best in town.

I travel for work, due to that I spend a lot of time in laundromats. This is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in. It is new so granted that plays a large part I am sure. However, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and kept the place clean and spotless. They were wiping down machines while I was there and she explained the app to me as well. The ability to pay from the app and then see how long your load has left is great. Also the seating is wider for people with thick thighs and a large behind, no uncomfortable squeeze. Overall I must say I’m impressed! 🙂

I tried 4 credit cards and non worked to buy your tokens. Luckily I had $5 in quarters and your dryers were free if not I would have had to go to a bank to get some cash not being familiar with this town. Thank you for the free dryer and fix your card machine to buy tokens. Thanks

Very nice new laundry facility. Manager and staff are very polite. First day open today. Perks from our visit included 2 HUGE (CLEAN LAUNDRY) laundry bags and 2 coin purses. Not too mention free laundry. 💯🥰
