Was there around 9am on Sunday the girl on duty wasn't doing anything...more interested in talking then cleaning out machines and lint traps would have made huge difference in my dry time if this was done. I also always buy the laundromat coins and I asked if she could break down the $1 for the laundromat quarters and she told me I was only allowed to use $1 = 4 quarters. Really? Its still their money. Just goes back to my 1st statement to lazy to do her job.BUT FEW OTHER TIMES I HAVE BEEN THERE WERE GREAT 👍

This place has tons of washers and dryers of different sizes, they include two large industrial washers, and two large industrial dryers. The prices are very reasonable I have paid way more to use the bigger machines. They have vending machines that have not only snacks and energy drinks and soda but also detergent and dryer sheets as well as laundry bags and even a coin purse if you want to have one of those. Their machines except not only quarters but tokens as well and they even have an app called Dexter pay where you can put in the machine you're using and then it will automatically deduct the money from your debit card or credit card that's awesome. The place is clean and it looks to be somewhat busy. The only downside is that they play their music way too loud so any communication between you and somebody that may be helping you with your laundry is you will have to yell. But overall a very good experience I would recommend coming to the laundromat at least once so that you get a chance to see what a laundromat should be.RE-REVIEW: The good- Place is still very clean, music is playing at a good level, still has plenty of washers. The Bad- only one big blue cart available and this time it was full of laundry that someone left. Bathroom was unavailable due to loss of the key. And I had to transfer my groceries from a Fry's cart to a laundry cart. Over all this is still a good laundry mat.

Quality machines, love being able to wash a week or two worth of clothes and my bedding in just over an hour and the employees keep it clean even though people and their kids are actively trying to make it harder on them.

My daughter took five garbage bags full of comforters and blankets and pillows to the laundromat and watch them and they all turned out clean and fresh. The laundromat is always very clean never crowded prices are right I recommend this laundromat and on certain days they have free dryers and on Monday happen to be free dryer day.

Horrible. Dirty. Screaming children. Spent a ton of money and the mega washers, which is all this dump has, didn't clean my comforter. I had to take it in the bathroom and finish washing it in the sink. The mega dryers kept popping open and spilling out my clothes ... Won't be back

Facility is extremely clean. Machines are easily to use. App also easy to use and navigate. Dryers are super fast at drying dont have to wait a long period of time to dry clothes. Recommend clean laundry to anyone.

I love this laundromat. I had a hard time finding a new laundromat when I moved in the area then came across this place. Its so clean. An attendant is always present. They have services for them to wash & fold for you. They even have wash deals from Tuesday to Thursday.

Place used to be so clean, I actually have a washer and dryer but it was just faster to come here and get it done so quickly. Now it is so dirty, no machines free, yuck! Not always an attendant here, or they are too busy doing laundry to clean the place up. Better off doing laundry at home.

Clean Laundry is by far the best laundry mat I’ve ever used! I’ve been to the 6th St. and the Edgewood Rd. locations and they are very clean! They have tv’s, free wifi and vending machines. Monday is the free dry day and that’s nice to save a buck or 2! As well there is always someone on hand during the day for assistance! I highly recommend using these laundry mats!

The washers and dryers were ok but the reason I'm giving 3 stars is because they turn your money into "their" quarters. I don't like that because now I have two quarters that are worth nothing unless I go back but cool.

I work on the road and use a lot of laundromats around the country . Clean Laundry is Awesome ! The machines are great , the instructions are posted all around , everything's in order and just like the name the place is clean. It's nice to see ppl take pride in their business...A word of advice, they have several size machines for washer and dryer. Choose accordingly and put tokens in dryer as needed because they are really good and dry fast . No need to waste money

This really is a super clean laundromat. It's one of the best kept I've ever seen. Just be careful if you purchase the bleach from the vending machine -the bottle leaked. It's still a great place to launder tho.

I never write reviews but honestly everytime i come here its always messy or the workers aren't doing there job and today i decided to give it another try and boy have i never seen this place so clean before Guadalupe made it shiny clean and she's really nice i walked in on accident when she was mopping and i thought she was going to say something rude and all she said was "its a little wet so you can still walk through just please be careful" super sweet girl i would say💜

Nice staff. Very clean and smells nice. The price for a small washer is $3.00, medium is $5.50, large is $7.75 and the Xlarge I believe is $11.00. The dryers are $1 for 28 minutes and 25 cents for 6 minutes. There is a change machine to break your bills into quarters or tokens. You can also your debit or credit card to get tokens from the staff. It's free to use selected dryers on Tuesdays & Thursdays (6am-6pm) They're open form 6am-8pm. There's a snack, drink, and laundry item vending machine. You can purchase a laundry bag for $35. They also provide laundry services as well. Pretty convenient laundry mat overall.

The place was very clean. They had new looking industrial sized washers and dryers. We went on a Tuesday for the free dryers. The washer cost was $5.50. You can use tokens ($1.00 each), $1.00 coins, or quarters, or any combination. The token machines take credit cards.The attendant was friendly and helpful.

Great clean laundromat! They had card and cash conversion to coins. The washers and dryers were clean and inviting. The free drying from 7-7 was also a huge perk! Will definitely come back to use the extra large washer again for my king comforter.

It's a great place to go do your laundry if it's not busy, if it's busy be prepared to bump into people and seeing who is going to get a Wheeled laundry cart because there aren't but maybe 6 or 7 of them for the whole laundry room. They give you tokens that have a 25 cent value so get ready to push some coins into the machines. Overall I like it, just don't go on the weekends.

I come here all the time. The place is almost always clean and decently priced. Typically I get something to drink from the vending machines. Would be 5 stars except for I wasted my money on an expired peach tea from the vending machines and it was nasty.Edit: I spoke with the manager and he was very helpful in resolving the issue. Update: Situation was resolved and I am pleased with the customer support that was given to me when I called to correct it.The facility itself was clean but there was a dryer that ate my money and I called the support/management number leaving a voicemail. I did not get any response whatsoever. Probably will not be returning.

I go there every week but day really dirty trash all over the place one of your laundry cards were outside when I got there in the morning and the whole time I was there nobody ever came in to clean the laundromat so today I was kind of disappointed that it was so dirty that when I went in there I started moving the laundry carts around just to try to clean up a little bit

This place is clean and spacious. The washers and dryers are excellent, with several sizes to choose from. There are snack and drink vending machines, and nice clean restrooms. The coin machines give you a choice to either get quarters or tokens, and you can use cash or a card.Tuesday through Thursday you can dry your clothes for free if you wash there. I drive from Cedar Rapids to do laundry here because I like it so much. It is also very handy that there is a Kum and Go, Mexican restaurant, Subway and CVS all within a 1 minute walk.I would give them a 5 star rating.

Great place to do your laundry. Attendant was very helpful and explained all the machines to me. It is exceptionally clean and tidy. He is doing a wonderful job. He help me carried my clothes to my car as I have my left hand in a brace and sling.

the best laundry in kissimmee, great structure, new equipment, pleasant environment, plenty of space for cars, coin exchange, drinks machine, super clean bathrooms and free wi-fi, oh my God this is a laundry or a dream? My dryer went out and I needed to find a nice and clean laundromat that was in my area. Went on google and to my surprise there was a brand new laundromat in my area. I loaded up my clothes and drove less than 5 miles, to my surprise it was exactly what the name stood for CLEAN! The dryers are excellent. My clothes were fresh! This place is a gem! Our dryer went out so we came this morning to get 3 loads of laundry done. We previously used another laundromat until we get a new dryer but we wish we would have come here first! It is SO clean and smells nice inside. I love that you can pay with the app and not have to worry about quarters but just get the tokens instead. Plus we saw drying is free certain weekday times!Plus, the entire time we were waiting they had someone cleaning-wiping down all surfaces, insides and outsides of washers/dryers! 5 stars

I am so impressed with this business. It has state of the art washers and dryers. Love love love that it's open 24 hours. I am there in the middle of the night and am impressed with how clean this laundromat is. The only thing that would make me soooo happy is if there could be a deeper table. It would make folding clothes so much easier for me. I use a folding assistant to trifold my clothes. Think about it 🤔. Great job guys

I use to LOVE this laundry Mat when it first opened…since then it has went down hill. Visited today and the place was a mess trash all over the floor, washers were dirty and it was extremely hot inside. I am so disappointed because I thought I found a good quality place to do laundry…not ANYMORE!!!

I went to this laundromat because I thought it looked clean and new. I placed my items into the washer and then I noticed cockroaches crawling on the walls. I talked with a gentleman that worked there and he stated the owner knew about them but hadn’t taken any action to get rid of them.

This place is where I always go. I have to say that you come across some strange people after 8 PM. The machines work, but putting coins in is hit or miss. One machine wouldn't accept my "clean laundry" coins after putting in $10 worth. I recommend playing it safe and get the app! Machines work 100% with the app, and no mess with carrying coins. The vending machines also don't work half the time. I ran out of detergent, and I gave the vending machine $2 for $1 detergent because the first payment didn't take. 🤦♀️

The card machine is out of order. I've heard the DexterPay app doesn't work properly. I have to use tokens for the machine. I rather use a laundry pay card that I can add money to.

Today was my second visit. I was rather disappointed that when I walked in, the floor was dirty, trash was scattered around the floor, trash cans full, and washers/dryers had leftovers from people’s pockets. The floors need a good mopping as well. Folding tables had rings from people’s drinks. With this place opening so early, why isn’t someone either cleaning at open or close?

Clean, brand new machines, never gets TOO busy, machines are always available. Side tip, don't pay for coins with a card. You will only get $1 coins and most machines a few bucks and 75¢ so will lose money. Machines take quarters so save your change before you go. Definitely recommend.

Crew is amazing. I love the fact the Manager on duty was quick to shut down the yelling that was taking place over free dryers. She did it in way that made everyone laugh and we did not have to get police involved. She really cares and it shows. She looks at people as people not color or race and I LOVE THIS! I also like the fact she gave this kid that would not stop yelling goldfish crackers and said that yelling is an outside voice we do not yell inside. She played with him and he chilled. Amazing service. I will be back.

Whether you have an emergency laundry situation or a daily routine, this is the place you have been looking for. I have traveled all over the US in an RV and this is the best laundry facility that I have ever encountered. It is clean, the machines work well, the change machine actually works and it is safe. The machines take different size loads based upon laundry needs and the dryers are nice and hot. Two loads of washing and drying took an hour and a half. It would usually take me twice as long anywhere else. It is cool and comfortable for your short wait. I will definitely return.

Pretty nice, surprised to see quite a few washers not working, since it's a new business. I had gone a couple of months ago & then there were also several washers not working. I guess they only take tokens in the machines. They have a few change machines there, for dollars, tokens, and one to use credit or bank cards, convenient. Sometimes it seems hard to find an attendant. But, I've only been there twice. It's pretty big, good number of machines,nice,clean,new. Good location. The first visit I didn't do the change machine right, I did get a response from the manager/owner ? He was very kind and helpful.😊

I went a little after opening time and it was probably the most convenient, in-and-out experience I’ve had with a laundromat. I didn’t see any staff, but the “token” system is so straightforward I didn’t need any help. It’s a bit pricier but for the convenience it’s very much worth it.I think the only small issue was when I went, it was a little messy. Lots of dryer sheets scattered around the floor, garbage bags/baskets/totes here and there. Nothing terrible though, kinda the thing you’d expect at any laundromat in the city lol. I’d recommend this place over others for sure.

Prices went up. There's always out of order signs. They closed one of the bathrooms . Bathroom is hardly ever stocked handles broke on the paper towel dispenser. Soap dispenser is broken and falling off the wall. The newer cleaning lady is extremely rude and disrespectful. I try not to be there when she's there . Her mouth and attitude makes the place unsafe. She blasts her music which isn't always appropriate some is very offensive. She drags the trash leaking threw the place and all over the sidewalk leaving it for hours. When any issue is brought to her attention she says it's not my problem and walks away. This place was much better in January. its gone down hill since. The new male weekend cleaning person is very nice and does what he can to fix any issues. He's nice friendly.The best thing is it's open 24 hours.

You really need to clean your place. I mean to be a new business it’s always dirty. Like it would be nice to not be stepping on dirty clothing, tissues , just bunch of stuff. I would really like not open your laundry washer or dryer and touch bunch of dirt and sticky stuff. Then you have the nerve to raise the cost to $8 dollar for the bigger washer and $5 dollar for that small washer. I been coming here sense your opening and it’s to dirty and nasty to come to your establishment anymore.

The facility was very clean. It is a Dexter laundromat so it is amazing. The pay from your phone app makes it so convenient! (No worries about quarters!) The large capacity machines makes for a fast easy trip to do laundry. I have a camper rental business and don't want to use my personal washer and dryer for all of the laundry. It would take way too long. So when I discovered the dexter laundromat I was in heaven! I highly recommend using Clean Laundry!

This place lives up to its name.Everything about it is clean, from the parking, entrance, interior, right to the outhouse.Machines are in good working order, as well as the change machines. Free WiFi, free driers on Tu, W, Th. And the owner really cares about customers having a good experience here. They also offer laundry services.

Bonus points for soft water!But I gotta take off points for the sauna-like atmosphere (I genuinely felt sick to my stomach). It's 88° outside, but that felt nice in comparison.Also had to dock a star for no "low heat" settings on the dryers. Sure, the label SAYS low, but my clothes were hot to the touch, and I've had several items shrink, or get otherwise ruined by excessive heat.

I'm so happy that a neighbor from our complex mentioned this place, I LOVE IT! I had the pleasure of meeting Mark last night, he was so friendly, helpful and definitely keeping this place clean. It's great to know there is a dependable laundromat in the area. Also their token machine takes debit/credit so saves a trip to the bank or remembering to ask for cash back at a store. As the name suggests, this place really is a clean laundromat! The washing machines are capable of 2x, 3x, 4x, and 6x times your standard machine. They all take HD detergent. All run for 25 minutes. The dryer is a 5x beast, and $1 runs for 28 minutes. You can choose low, medium, or high heat. Every machine can take quarters, or use the in-store bill changers to convert your $1, $5, $10, $20 to tokens ... all machines can also take tokens, or a combination of quarters & tokens. You can get all your laundry done in about an hour! Excellent place!

The name is perfect. CLEAN LAUNDRY. Our dryer broke down so I came here to dry my laundry. This I would say is the most cleanest, nicest and well maintained laundromat I have ever seen. I was short some clothes hangers and they gave me a few to hang the rest of our shirts. Machines are brand new and again very clean.

I was impressed with how clean it was and the number of large washers and dryer there are... I would definitely recommend them... the only reason it's not 5 star is the price, it is more expensive then anywhere else. I believe Laundromania is $6.50 for a lg washer and here its $7.25 and $1 more for extra soak and rinse cycle.

Hands down the best laundromat in KCMO metropolitan area. They have the best prices offered compared to their competition. Always clean. Quarters machines and vending machines always stocked. Maintenance on the machines is preformed on a regular basis and they are never out or service for longer than a short while. Also, it's open 24/7

I’ve used almost every laundromat in the Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Hiawatha area and this is (in my opinion) the best one overall. In general, it’s usually fairly clean, the machines are newer and in good working order. The bathrooms are maintained better then all the other laundromats. People are friendly. There’s a gas station conveniently located across the street. I usually do my laundry at 2am when there’s no one there. If you do your laundry during the day it’s fairly busy and which is one of the only drawbacks to this place. It does have free WiFi, but I don’t use that so I’m not sure how fast it is. It’s open 24-7 which is great. The Coin Clean on 6th street is a dump compared to this place. There is empty soap bottles and dryer sheets left every. There’s plenty of carts to use the are fairly clean and well kept.

I was meaning to do my review the other day when I came in. I am new to this Milwaukee and have been coming here for a few months now and I love this place. When I came in the manager ( I dont remember her name) was filling the vending machines as soon she seen me she stopped to help me bring my things in. I don't see how she does it she had a guy talking her ear off the whole time while she filled it and still managed to talk to other customers while he still talked to her.

I found my new laundromat! I wish the hours of operation we're slightly different to accommodate my late evening, but I love the fact that it is as big as it is with as many machines as it has. I also love the fact that there is an attendant on duty and the place is kept clean. Another plus is that the dryers are free Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

I was there doing an extensive amount of laundry for the facility I work for. In the hustle and bustle of my very busy day unbeknownst to me I inadvertently left behind some items. Mark personally returned the lost items to my facility. That’s what I call above and beyond customer excellence and service. I have been coming to the Kirkwood location since it opened. The place is well kept and very clean. Prices for washing and drying are reasonable and I love the fact there are days for free drying. I have never felt unsafe no matter what time I come to do laundry. The staff are exceptionally nice, kind and always willing to listen if there are concerns. Mr. Derek is a rockstar and has the place looking brand new. I definitely will continue to come do laundry here.

Staff is friendly when present, and if you've forgotten to pick up some bills for the change machines they actually have card readers. Though, you may get stuck turning your money into otherwise worthless tokens.Prices on the individual washing machines are a bit of a sticker shock, but the equipment is new and in generally working order. It's a bit out of the way, but I'll probably keep busing up here to do my laundry.UPDATE (2021-JUL-17): The change machines are increasingly non-functional. The card reader hasn't worked in ages, and even the bill-reading machines are often offline. Since there's literally nowhere else in walking distance to get change, this is making it more difficult to use the place.While the actual laundry machines are still well-maintained for the most part, prices were recently bumped up by $0.50. Notably, the dryers are still inexpensive, so it's worth dodging the crowds and skipping the free dryer days.One recent issue is that they've decided to lock their bathrooms "at night." But what "at night" means is pretty flexible, and they often won't be opened until after 9am, which is really inconvenient for anyone who likes to get their laundry done early.

This place is open 24 hours so it makes it nice for everyone. The place is always clean with a worker on duty. Just be careful about going to wash on Tuesday's as it's free drying day. There's also brand new washers and dryers. I like using the washers I can put 5 loads in at once.

Very clean and organized. The only downside is there is no machine to change a $20 bill. We just needed a small wash $3.25 and got tokens worth of $20. I literally have 80+ tokens in my bag. I wish they could have a bill exchange machine. Or I can exchange the tokens back to dollar bill. We are visiting here temporarily.

I thought I could pay with just a credit card, so I was a little annoyed when I got there and found out my options were either plugging quarters (change machines are available) or downloading an app called Dexter Pay. But the app is actually pretty cool -- the washers and dryers are smart machines and the app displays the progress of your laundry load so you can leave and come back exactly when your machine finishes. The place is clean and has machines of many different sizes. I used two big washers to wash three sleeping bags, then threw them all into one dryer. The washes were $8.75 each and 36 minutes of tumble dry low cost me $1.50, so I got three sleeping bags washed and dried in about an hour for $19. Different sized machines have different prices and I was using the big ones. There was no crowd on a Wednesday morning from about 9 to 10 a.m.

Awesome place can't say enough good things about Clean Laundry. There's a real cool staff that works with you, everythings always working, nice area, very nice owners, the staff workers keep it clean. I mean I won't go nowhere else in Austin. I only been here for 2 months I come here twice a week I won't go nowhere else. Their awesome. I used to dread having to do my laundry but that place there is so relaxed and laid-back, quiet, not a lot of commotion definitely recommend it to anybody needing to do laundry in that area. It's a small very clean laundry mat. It's close to many apartments in the area. The vending machines tend to be well-stocked and accept apple pay and cards. You can also use your card to exchange for wash tokens. The Superwash feature is AMAZING.

I used #4, hot water, $7.75. it started washing, but, there was No water coming out, i looked up it was reading 1.00 so i went ahead and put another dollar in it, very little water came out, so i put another dollar in it, there was some water, but not enough to get them as clean as should be. Says soft water, but not enough water. So i put 2 more dollars in for nothing. Gave it 5 stars, but it may change. I like the brightness . Ha

My first visit to this location. When I have to use a laundromat I usually go to the Marion location, and I've also visited Waterloo. There's no soap dispenser in the restroom. The change machine was out of quarter tokens.Clean, so that's what counts.

I haven’t been to a laundry mat in a long time and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wasn’t expecting the experience I had at Clean Laundry and I mean that in the best way. The whole place was impressively clean and modern looking. The staff on duty greeted everyone and made sure everything was going well. And the machines were huge to fit all your laundry in one load and efficient enough to finish each cycle within 25 minutes. I will definitely be returning here to do my bulky bedding items.

This place was immaculately clean and the woman on-site was very professional and nice. Wish I could remember her name. It was a Thursday around 10am she was there. I love that you can pay through an app. I felt safe but There were a couple of questionable people who came in. They had no clothes and were cutting through. Probably cut bait when they saw an employee there. My guess is they were panhandlers. But you get that in any urban neighborhood

One of the coin dispensers didn’t give me my $5 in coins. I called the number listed on the poster and talked to Dee-the regional manager. She was great in handling the issue. She offered to give me $10 for my $5 due to inconvenience and then offered to remote start one of the machines I wanted to use. In the end, I ended up with a $12 washing machine. Can’t say enough about their customer service!! I’ll definitely be back!!

I walked in this establishment tonight with a friend of mine who was doing his laundry and I saw this tiny woman up on a ladder washing down the walls! It was the 2nd time we had been there this past evening and each time she had been cleaning so this time I asked her if it was her place. She told me "no", that she was just an employee. I told her that any employer is beyond fortunate to have an employee like her! I just assumed she owned the place because she was washing down the walls! Who does that?! So I am posting this review to make certain that the employer is aware of this priceless employee he has and the how well she takes care of his investment in this business! We need more employees like her! In this day and hour where so many are sitting down making their living, it shirt is refreshing to see someone who can still hustle!! Kudos to you, Terry!!

Clean, efficient and at 2:00 on a Saturday, not busy. Was a little miffed that the big machines charge 7.50 but tokens come in dollar increments. Had to buy $5.00 worth for $2.00 worth of tokens. Worst laundromat to go do your laundry really bad management especially the worker at night named viola. She tried to steal my newborns clothes and her son was really drugged outside trying to fight me asked me to meet him outside. Do not use this laundry mat at night! The employee that works the night shift, Viola, will attempt to steal your laundry. I have emailed and left a voice message with management regarding this issue. I have had not one person contact me to resolve. This employee allows her son (who is very clearly on drugs) threaten paying customers, she steals laundry and loads it into her car. This place truly lives up to its name, they have coin changers, snack+drinks vending machines ,soap+ fabric softener vending machine available. The Tuesday and Thursday free dry is an awesome incentive! Nelcy is incredibly friendly and helpful, her attention to detail is admirable and the rest rooms were clean and tidy, this is our first time here and we would absolutely return. My only suggestions would be the addition of an atm and more carts for the busier days.

Man this place is nice! I've been to a bunch of laundromats but none have been so clean and had such friendly staff. Talked to the manager Ian and I could tell he really cared about the place and my experience. First time I came in he came right up to me, asked me if he could help, and let me know how to operate everything. I'll keep coming back here for sure!

When this place opened, it was really nice to come to, but now it is a complete mess. Trash all over the place, I found candy in one of the washing machines. It looks like there hasn't been an employee in here in days. Obviously, people are slobs, so it isn't always going to be totally clean, but this is pretty bad.

DO NOT COME HERE! SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS!They are offering $30 in credit if you download the app. The only way you can use the credit is through the app and the app crashes every single time. It was a really inconvenient for me to drive all the way out here and load up my laundry and then have to load my laundry back up and leave. Not going to spend one penny somewhere that doesn't honor there advertisements and there's one next to my place. I just wanted to wash clothes in newer machines.

I came to wash blankets. This is a nice laundromat. Comparable prices, clean, loved the free dryers on Tuesdays. I hope the staff can keep it that way. I'm really picky about doing laundry. I saw over loaded machines, both washers and dryers. People just packing clothes in as tight as they could. Washing and drying rubber backed rugs. These are what kills the laundromat business. I'm not going to lie, I worry about bugs. You aren't going to wash them out and kill them if your clothes don't move in the machines!

I had a really good experience there. I had a whole bunch of laundry and as I was bringing it in Daniella the attendant offered me help in I felt so welcomed. I had my small children with me and as they ran and ate and spilled things (lol sorry Daniella) she was so king and non judge mental and continued to offer her help I was there for like 4 hours cause of how much laundry I had but she was so kind and helpful! Thanks again Daniella! Establishment was super clean and friendly would definitely go again.

They change there lock door times all the time closing at 8 or 830 they can't make up there mind. I was told they lock doors at 830. Showed up at 825 and the doors are locked up no one there to speak to. They really need to make up their minds on when they close at. Its not good business. Sadly, I need to update this review. While the place is clean, masks are not worn to the degree they should. Also, we had a mother with two kids go through our dryers. We found missing items. She also did not restart our machines and clothes were wet. Beware. Wear two masks and stay by your machines. Three stars because staff keep the place clean and seem to care. We can not blame the staff and bussiness for covidiots or thieves.

This was my first time at this laundromat. It was clean and being sanitized by the friendly staff the whole time I was there. They have vending machines with snacks drinks and small things of laundry detergent. The extra large washing machines (which were $7) were huge and cut my six loads down to three; including my bed linens. The dryers were extremely large and we're FREE. They except cash coins tokens and credit cards. I'd give them five stars but chose four because of seating. The only thing I'd change is adding extra seats throughout the facility because the only seats available are in the front of the laundromat. Other than that this place was great and I'll definitely be back.

Very clean and affordable. I drove to about 4 other laundromats just to find out that they were either resorts (which are private) or they were closed. I never thought I’d enjoy my time in a laundromat but here I am. I love that I don’t have to track down any quarters and can pay from the app. I also love that I can see how much time is left on all the loads in the app! I washed a full load of towels, my comforter and sheets, a full basket of jeans and I filled another washer with shirts, socks and undergarments. Everything fit into 2 dryers. From putting all the clothes in the washer to removing them out of the dryer only took an hour. Clean, organized, well lit, available snacks, plenty of carts and tables to use... Anyone that needs to spring clean needs to come here.

I travel for work, due to that I spend a lot of time in laundromats. This is the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been in. It is new so granted that plays a large part I am sure. However, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, and kept the place clean and spotless. They were wiping down machines while I was there and she explained the app to me as well. The ability to pay from the app and then see how long your load has left is great. Also the seating is wider for people with thick thighs and a large behind, no uncomfortable squeeze. Overall I must say I’m impressed! 🙂

I love this laundromat. It always has clean working machines and there is always someone there who can help. The Tuesdays and Thursdays deal is unbeatable. The only reason I didn't give the store 5 stars is the fact of customers smoking right in front of the store. I wish they had some signs that said people couldn't smoke so close to the entrance. It smelled like cigarettes going in and out Countless times that iv been there.

This is by far hands down the best laundry facility I have been to.I would travel miles if I had to just to do my laundry here, luckily I don't have to but still have a hop, skip, jump, and bus ride to do my laundry at the marion site.From the moment I walk into the facility I am greeted by the employee and it feels like we're a family environment.The employee is very helpful with all the needs that one may need and seems to have all the answers when questioned.

Such a nice facility. It's always clean and well attended. The staff is very friendly and the machines are ALL in working order. I've always been impressed by the service and I drive 20 minutes to use this particular facility. Also, its super fast with both washing and drying taking about an hour. All around a great laundry experience.

Overall great experience. I was stressing because my kids were being horrible, I was completely embarrassed. The lady could see I was struggling so she brought her phone out, introduced herself and The manager started music and did chicken dance and the baby shark dance to help to keep the kids occupied well I was able to get my laundry finished. They helped her sweep and get quarters. This was my first time in this laundry mat. I guarantee you I will be back.

At first, I loved this place. This is why my mind has changed.1. The open sign is turned on all night.2. It says 24hrs,but its not.3. The hours on the door states "open at 5am last load at 10pm." Frustrating, it's my "ME Time."

I have used laundromats across the country. This is one of the cleanest, most well kept I've been to. They have large capacity washers for multi-loads or big items. Prices are reasonable, washers cleaned well, and dryers dried quickly. The attendant was super friendly, helpful, and cleaned the washers and dryers after each use. I would highly recommend this laundromat!

This place is very clean. It has a change machine and also a couple vending machines. Lots if washers of different sizes and dryers. I've never had to wait. They also have folding services. I like it because I can do all my laundry in an hour.

As far as laundromats go, this is pretty good. If ur from outta town u don't have to go deep into the concrete jungle, it's clean, ppl are friendly, prices are reasonable, plus, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7am to 7pm dryers are free! Very nice!

I go to the clean laundry on 1st Ave se Cedar Rapids and I love this laundromat. It is always so clean and the staff are so helpful. When used to be open until 10 pm I wasn’t worried about doing my laundry after I got off at 8pm someone was there and even when they left and locked the door they made sure I knew the number to call if there was a problem. Our dryer broke down so had to take my wet clothes to Clean Laundry in Marion. It’s a beautiful facility and I highly recommend it. The only place I even think of going to dry my clothes. I can get two loads of wash dried in shale hour. Awesome!!!

Very nice facility. There is always a person onsite to help with any questions and to constantly cleaning and wiping down the machines and tables. Washers are reasonably priced and Tues and Thurs are free dryers.

Thank you Clean Laundry for providing a sparkling-clean, safe laundromat!!This is my favorite place to take laundry in the entire Madison area! The owner is always there keeping the place spotless. Since the CV-19, I have seen him diligently sanitizing all the machines after each use. I am very susceptible to infections so, I feel safe visiting this place.The machines are affordable and worth the value! At other places, you’ll often find dirty or ineffective machines, but not here! All the machines work wonderfully.(Side note: an ex and I had date night doing laundry at a different laundromat each week. Weird but validates my testimony!)

This place is so unprofessional i was approached and accused of coming to dry my clothes for free only...... when i was washing clothes at home when my dryer broke i went to this laundromat because it was the closest to my home to finish drying my laundry i had no idea it was free dry day on thursdays i had money in my pocket ready to pay when i loaded my clothes into the dryer the dryer said free so i proceeded to dry my clothes when i was rudely accused and embarrassed infront of the rest of the people there i will not be going here anymore i will go else where until my dryer is replaced!

While I did not catch her name, the attendant went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the which machines were best for load sizes and what all payment options were available to me.
